Identity and campaign for a leather house that has cut and stitched in Addis for three generations.
Dalga had the workshop, the hands and forty years of orders — and no way of saying any of it. The brief was not to invent a story but to stop hiding one.
We rebuilt the identity around the cut: a mark set from a single leather pattern piece, a palette taken off the tanning floor, and a campaign shot in the workshop rather than a studio.
The launch collection sold through in eleven days. The system now runs across retail, wholesale line sheets and a seasonal campaign the team shoots themselves.
Craft is only heritage once somebody says it out loud.
A mark that stamps, embosses and prints at the same weight, one warm accent against the hides, and an art direction rule that keeps hands in every frame.
